Report Quality: Our attention to detail insures integrity for all appraisals rendered. Although it is common among appraisers, we do not clone reports. Our experience with cloned reports has been fraught with problems. All our reports begin with a blank form with information entered field by field.
Valuation Accuracy: We offer quality appraisals with objective and well-supported values. We research the most comprehensive data bases available. Our inspections are thorough and detailed. Coupled together, we generate solid opinions of value for every appraisal we produce.
Personal Service: We handle each client with respect. You deal directly with an appraiser, not office staff. Our clients are kept informed regarding an appraisal’s progress throughout the process. We make a concentrated effort to prevent errors. However, issues sometimes arise after a report is delivered. When this occurs we know time is of the essence. Once notified of a problem, the subject report becomes our number one priority.
We know customer service and superior reports are important elements for success. And we also know a quick turn time for delivery is important to you, our client. Our typical turn time is within 96 hours after inspection. Rush fees may apply for three or less or weekends. However, all our clients are VIP. Any report can be expedited.
